The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in written proposals, agreements, or work orders.

  1. Service Engagement & Confirmation
  • Services will commence only after written confirmation or approval from the client.
  • Any changes must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
  • cranenetworks reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if requirements are unlawful or unsafe.
  1. Pricing & Payments
  • Pricing is communicated via quotations, proposals, or invoices.
  • Payments must follow the agreed schedule.
  • Delays may result in suspension or termination.
  • Taxes and statutory charges are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
  1. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project details and site access
  • Ensure a safe and compliant environment
  • Obtain required permissions or licenses
  1. Training Programs
  • Training details are shared prior to enrollment
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated
  • Content or schedules may be modified to maintain quality
  1. Resource Telecom Projects
  • Deployment depends on availability and requirements
  • cranenetworks is not responsible for client-side mismanagement
  • Performance issues must be reported promptly
  1. Energy & Solar Services
  • Performance depends on site, weather, and usage
  • Estimates are indicative, not guaranteed
  • Regular maintenance is recommended
  1. Construction Services
  • Timelines depend on site conditions and approvals
  • Delays due to force majeure are not our responsibility
  • Scope changes may incur extra costs
  1. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the intellectual property of cranenetworks unless agreed otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  1. Confidentiality

All shared information must remain confidential and survives service termination.

  1. Limitation of Liability
